This first floor 2-bedroom apartment is located in the small village of Kimblesworth, in between the City of Durham and Chester-Le-Street.

These apartments have electric gate access and their own car parking spaces. From your apartment you’ll be able to enjoy some stunning views of the outdoor greenery we have.

The fully equipped fitted kitchen compromises of an oven, microwave, kettle, washer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. These facilities can ensure a stress-free stay for you.

Next to the kitchen is a pleasant dining area with table and chairs so that you can enjoy mealtimes together with your fellow guests.

This open plan living area has plenty of space with 2 comfortable couches and a coffee table, perfect for enjoying a night in.

With a television, DVD player and also free Wi-fi, guests are certain to always have some entertainment available when relaxing in the apartment.

The apartment compromises of 2 modern style bathrooms. The first is a large family bathroom with a bath, toilet, sink and shower.

The apartment’s other bathroom is a bedroom ensuite, which includes a built-in shower, toilet and sink.

With its king size bed, our double bedroom is fit for royalty! This room will provide peace and privacy couples during their stay here. The room comes with an extra comfortable bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Our bunk bedroom is cosy yet spacious enough for 2 adult guests. With comfortable beds and storage facilities, this room has everything a bedroom needs.
