Eureka Mews comprises of 6 high quality, high spec self catering apartments, all warm, cosy and clean. The five 2 beds 2 baths sleep 3 to 4 people and the 1 bed sleeps 2.

All are of a contemporary design and have everything you need for your stay, be it for business or leisure, with a weekly housekeeping and linen changing service

Close to local amenities with the village shop/deli/post office 100 metres, the very popular Red Lion Pub/Restaurant just 500m away and only 5 minutes drive to the Arnison Centre.

Your apartment will be a mere ten minutes away from the historical city of Durham, which is renowned for its cathedral and castle, and twenty minutes away from Newcastle, a cosmopolitan city that includes many exciting cultural venues including the huge Metro Radio Arena.

The small historical towns of Bishop Auckland and Barnard Castle are also in easy reach, as are the major towns of Middlesbrough and Sunderland. Local attractions slightly off the beaten track include Beamish Museum, an open air museum that depicts life in a County Durham town in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, and the Riverside Ground, where you can enjoy watching Durham County Cricket Club play.
